Oakland Physicians Medical Center d/b/a Pontiac General Hospital f/k/a Doctor's Hospital of Michigan is the oldest hospital in Oakland County, existing in the Michigan area for over a century. It is a full service hospital with over 300 beds. In August 2015, Sant Partners LLC came in as a DIP lender to then Doctor's Hospital of Michigan and in February Sant's plan was confirmed with a close date set for early May. Pontiac General continues to be fully operational and in Sant's time as resident consultants and lender, the hospital has seen tremendous growth in its core practice areas and has added service lines to make a sustainable entity.
